Terms of Service

Services and scope
Supreme Team Media provides websites, brand and creative work, marketing, business systems and publishing. Every engagement is scoped in writing.
Launch Site
A Launch Site is $2,500 one-time, or $0 down at $297 a month for 12 months and then $149 a month. If the $0-down plan is stopped early, the remaining balance of the $2,500 build price is due before handover.
Care
Care is month to month. The $149 monthly founding rate applies to the first 10 paid, active Care seats. New Care clients are $199 a month after those founding seats are filled. You may cancel any time.
Cancellation and refunds
Project-specific cancellation and refund terms are stated in the written agreement before work starts.
Ownership and departure
The client owns the site, domain, content and customer list, in writing. On leaving, the client receives the files and every login. Hosting, automations and updates stop unless Care continues.
Third-party costs
The client is responsible for third-party fees, including the domain, hosting outside our care, ad spend and software the client chooses.
Results and liability
Specific results are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Supreme Team Media's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law.
